Return Policy:

We do not have a return policy on any of our products. Kindly note that the company is not

responsible for returns caused due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

However, we do provide exchange services under the following circumstances.

Size Mismatch: DShirts will facilitate an exchange if the size delivered does not match the size

ordered.

Faulty Items: Only items that are deemed faulty upon receipt from DShirts are eligible for a

replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event of manufacturing defects, products are eligible for

replacement. However, a video demonstrating the unboxing of the product must be sent as

proof to our email at info.dshirts@gmail.com.

We strongly advise customers to refer to our size guide and resolve any size-related queries

before making a purchase.

Refund Procedure:

We do not offer refunds; only returns and exchanges are possible. Please follow these steps for

a return or exchange:

• Parcel Return: You can send the item back to our warehouse using any courier service of
• your choice.
• OR
• Pickup Arrangement: DShirts can arrange a pickup service for your convenience, which may
• incur charges.
• Once we receive the returned parcel, it will undergo verification. Upon confirmation, we will
• proceed with shipping the new product with your consent. Please note that a replacement
• request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the item.
• You will Receive Your Exchange Item within 10 – 12 Working Days

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
